In the following terms & conditions “the photographer” shall mean Michelle Chandler-Whiseant owner of Moments to Remember Photography. “The client(s)” shall be those persons defined in the booking form. It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and cannot be varied in any way by the client(s) unless such conditions are expressly agreed by the photographer in writing. By booking with the photographer you agree to the below Terms and Conditions.
Your Privacy is very important to us, so we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect and use your personal information.
We collect your name, email, and phone number in order to communicate with you about your appointment. We will also add your information to our data base to be used for future promotions. If at any time, you wish to be removed from our data base, you may email us and we will remove you immediately.
• We will protect information by reasonable security safeguards.
• Your personal information will never be shared or sold to any other person or company.
Desk size prints and CD’s can be shipped at a rate of $6.95. Let us know at the time of your session (or within 7 days) if you’d like to have your prints shipped.
If there is a problem with your prints or CD, let us know ASAP and we will fix the problem right away.
-Sessions must be cancelled 3 days prior to your session date. If you must cancel after that time or do not show, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 that must be paid before your next session with us.
-If MTR has to cancel appointments for reasons beyond their control (death, injury, sickness, etc), a full refund of any money paid will be made.
-If sessions have to be postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, all money paid will be applied to the new session.
