This children’s and family photography session was done at the studio the studio location in yuba city. This event was done especially for the race for awareness event in yuba city to help out the geweke caring for women foundation.

Believe it or not pink October is here! this week we have a few very fun community events planned. One of them being the pink october – race for awareness this saturday october 3rd in yuba city at Geweke field. This saturday you will find Moments to remember and our team out on the field doing a fundraiser to raise $ for the geweke women’s foundation. Our contribution will be setting up a fun photo set for you to come and get pictures in pink to reflect on the importance of this event. So come one come all and here is your chance to get a fun pictures with your family of survivors. The photo set will include all kinds of fun pink things pink petti skirts, boas and anything pink we can find around the studio! this booth is encouraged to be a place to take pictures with survivors and their families but are not limited to that. MTR is there for the morning for any of your photo needs as long as we are raising $ for the cause. Thats the whole point here. So if you have a toddler or a senior or any scenario you all are welcomed and encouraged to take advantage of our talented team that morning. I really thank the Geweke family for including us in such a special event like this it truly is an honor to be apart of something so very special. children photography is my specialty so this should be a fun event. I will be sure to bring some pink treats for all the little munchkins! Pictures will start at $15. See you there!

This was a newborn sessions done in my studio in Yuba City. Although I mainly specialize in children and family photography here in Yuba City I still love doing newborn photography. As you all might know by now I have turned into a photographer of color so you know I had to find a way to get some crazy color in this shoot. Tessa is on of my fav clients and is always so carefree and lets me do whatever I want – so we played.  I was very happy with what we came up with. Here we go with another precious newborn I get to photograph thru their first year.  I love photography and all the joy it brings to those around you.  Thanks for choosing me as your photographer Murphy family there are lots of choices in Yuba City for photography. Today I had the privilege of being a photographer for this amazing Yuba City/ Marysville couple. The Wedding event took place in Marysville and was pretty amazing. I have not done a ton of weddings but each time I do go out I feel so blessed to have met such fun loving couples. This family was very friendly and welcoming. Being new at wedding photography you never know what the situation may be. I am always pleasantly suprprised.  I hope you enjoy your wedding photography as much as I enjoyed making your legacy come to life. I was there with another Yuba City Photographer Lorrain Friant as this was one of her co-workers and friends. We could not have asked for a smoother evening. Thanks Lorrain for a fun night!

This photography session was so much fun as we did everything that summer represents- ice cream cones, playing in the sand and more! These sessions was taken at my home photography studio in Yuba city. As most of you al know daycare is my normal profession outside of photography in Yuba City. Having a photographer as your daycare provider is sometimes very handy. These kids all have no shortage of pictures around here that’s for sure. One of my good friends always teases me and went to the lengths of making me my own bumpers sticker saying my babies and my paycheck go to the busy bees daycare. Fawn is my funny friend and always getting pictures of her boys. This was a perfect day for princess in Yuba city on Friday. These girls has a BLAST!!! Everyone dressed up in their princess and prince attire in order to attend the royal tea party. This was so much fun and something they will certainly remember forever. Thanks guys for a fun day and enjoy your pics of your princesses and princes.

This session was taken at one of my new locations in Yuba City for clients who want to travel for their photography session.  This awesome family was referred from the Van Dusen Family. I have been the VanDuesens Photographer since last spring and have enjoyed following all the changes to their family. When I think of this family I think of one word { troopers } ! Our photography session was on one of those 107 degree days in Yuba City. This family has a busy schedule and really wanted to get their photography taken care of. I expected cranky irritable clients. They were the exact opposite. They were such troopers and never complained one time. They happened to have 2 of the cutest kids on earth. From the second I laid eyes on these dollies I knew my job was going to be easy. They were so well mannered I might add. Thanks Cordiscos for all the fun! You win the award for being good sports on a 107 degree night in yuba city!

This photography shoot was done at one of my new locations in Yuba City. Family and Children is my specialty I would say,  so when I got a call from My dear friend Katy Ulrich that her mom was looking for a family and children’s photographer I knew it was a important mission. This photography session was for a party of 10 kids! WOW-  I knew it would not be easy but children and getting them to share their magic is my specialty. Our session went surprisingly well. Anytime you have a large group of people and especially kids you have your work cut out for you. They all were so cooperative and patient. Every last one of them. I applaud the Williamson Family for all your efforts to capture the beautiful legacy of your family. What an important thing to do that is often overlooked. A special thanks to Katy for coordinating this photography session. Its not often that most family can really truly get together to make something like this happen. These guys were not all from Yuba City either- so it was some work making it happen.  Grandma and Grandpa, I hope I was able to capture the beauty of your grandbabies as they won’t be like this for long…..  ENJOY!

This photography session took place in yuba city at various places. My kids have grown up taking lots of pictures having mom as a yuba city photographer, so this was a fun session. Chelsea and her friend Lauren Martin have been basically best friends since birth. If these girls could spend every waking hour with each other they would. They are like 2 peas in a pod. I had some fun stuff I have been dying to try and they wanted to play so away we went. I had a few places in mind but really we just drove and stopped where the girls wanted to. It was so much fun. These girls could not stop giggling that night they had such a blast. Our last stop was { starbucks }. The coolest place in town to them. Well whatever makes em happy right! Enjoy Mikah.
