This Halloween Photography session was taken at my studio in Yuba City. These 3 little kiddos are best friends! Their mommies love to get their pictures taken all together, and they are just adorable. We saw these 3 together at Easter time, earlier this year! We have such a great time every time we take these kiddos pictures. We have Ava Patane, Gracie Sheppard, and Logan Williams. Thanks for a fun session! Can’t wait to see each of you again soon!
Well here we are almost to Halloween and guess what time it is? Its time for yuba city High School’s Sadie Hawkins Dance. Most of you know me as your yuba city family and children’s photographer. Well in the last 6 mos we have picked up I cant tell you how many commercial contracts. Every where I turn we continue to be blessed with new opportunities. One of our new contracts is Yuba city High School. Moments to Remember Photography went out on test run last may for the MORP dance and had a fabulous time. Things went so well we were asked back for the 09-10 school year. So me and my staff will be out on October 31st creating those magical moments for all of Yuba City High School. Our packages range from $25-$45. I cant wait to see what a REAL full fledged Dance will be like. Wow- Exciting stuff. So come see us Halloween night from 9-11 at Yuba city Hight School.

This Senior Photography session started out at my studio in Yuba City. We did some outdoors shots to show Alex’s love for golf. Then we continued to Rai Ranch, one of our private locations to get some farm photos which helped relive some of his memories of growing up on a ranch. Alex is a Magenheimer, a farming family in the area. We finished up with a ton of fun travelling urban shots. Alex was absolutely awesome. He was such a polite and sweet boy. He did whatever his mom or I wanted him to do! Great job mom raising a wonderful young man! Thanks Magenheimers for one of my favorite sessions ever! I had so much fun! Can’t wait to see you again soon!

This Senior Photography session was a travelling urban session! We had so much fun with Miss Janelle! She was so fun to work with! We had so much fun travelling and catching great shots! We were chasing the light because the sun was going down! Janelle was willing to do anything… she actually let us lift her up on a loading dock to get some unique shots! This Family Photography session was done at my studio in Yuba City. This will be the 3rd time we have seen the Ellis family this year. This Ellis family is one of my most favorite families to capture. We just click well. They were one of our very first travelling Urban Photography sessions. This time they came in for a Fall Photography session. We love the Ellis Family! Max and Molly are absolute angels every time we see them! This night was little strange for them because they were completely fired up for me. They were total goof balls. Mom and dad were just shaking their head the entire time thinking about what got into their kiddos. As you can see I was able to capture every minute of their funny crazy personalities that shined thru at our session. It was fun to see the crazy and fun Molly and Max. This was one of those sessions where I could not choose only a few images. I LOVED them all. So it was all 20 that got put in the post. Oh well. Thanks so much Ellis family for always making our sessions so enjoyable! We look forward to our next session together!

This Children’s Photography session was taken at my Yuba City studio. We have been following little Ethan through his 1st year. Ethan was such a happy little boy during his birthday photography session. You never know how 1 year olds are going to act towards their cake, but Ethan absolutely loved his cake! We had a great time capturing amazing photos with his cake. He was such a good boy, we captured many amazing photos. Mom has such a great fashion sense, so Ethan had many adorable outfit changes. Grandma came along with the family, so we had her join in on some of the photos. Overall this was a wonderful, fun session! This wedding engagement photography session was taken at my Yuba City studio. We then ventured over to the Rai Farms Ranch. This bride-to-be is Kimberly, the daughter of Michelle Lightle, owner of Creative Kids preschools. This family has had a big year. Earlier this year, we had her 2 boys in for the Senior Photography sessions. Now she on to her next adventure, planning a wedding for her little girl. The wedding is scheduled for spring 2010. We look forward to following this family into the upcoming year. We know that Kimberly is going to be an absolutely beautiful bride! So much fun stuff going on for the Lightle Family!

This family photography session was taken at my Yuba City studio. These adorable twins, Janis and Joseph, were our 2nd set of 2 year old twins in the past few weeks. When working with children, we have to go at the kid’s pace. We follow them around capturing amazing moments of them together. The Durst parents were very patient with their kids. The twins were little balls of energy, but we had a great time capturing them play with sidewalk chalk and have a tea party. This family was so sweet. Hope to see the Durst family back soon! This family photography session took place in yuba city and in live oak. This session was sooooooo much fun. Natalie Paige my new client and YC high Cheer Coach booked this fun exciting session. This was not your typical family session. This session was done with her love time love and boyfriends Josh and their baby Tucker. It was so darn adorable- the whole entire session. Just like we would be persuading a child to sit and smile, this is what we were doing with tucker. It was an absolute crack up. This dog was so good. Natalie and Josh wanted every picture possible with Tucker as he is their little baby. What a cute family you have! Natalie I hope you enjoy your images as we really had a great time creating them. I will be seeing you very soon at YC high as I begin to start capturing your cheer team! Cant wait!

This was the stewart Family. This Yuba City Family Photography session was done as a traveling session. This family was an absolute Riot!!! You have dad, who is an absolute comedian, then Nolan the teenager who finds no humor in his dads jokes and mom who is polite and quiet but has a very funny side to her also. This family kept us rolling the entire session. It so happened they are good friends with Miss Jena my assistant also. This made for an even better time. Well your jokes and your time was well worth it. Your family is beautiful and I enjoyed every minute of capturing all of your fun personalities from quiet and shy to bold and funny. I hope your love your images as much as I enjoyed taking them. As for the teenage years— just keep cracking those jokes!

Mom always said don’t play with your food! Well thats exactly what me and Amy bullock of Family Values magazine did last week as we helped pull together a new marketing Ad for the thriving restaurant. This commercial photography session took place at the Lumber Jacks Restaurant in Yuba city. It is not my traditional family subjects I am so used to. When I got the call for this job I was a little unsure. I had photographed a lot of things but food… I gave it a shot and it was actually a lot of fun. Me and Amy giggled as we arranged food to its best looking fashion for this Ad. Well amy hundreds of images later I hope you both will be happy. All I know is I’m hungry after editing these guys. What fun. Thanks Scott for having us out it was a blast!

These children and family photography sessions were taken at Geweke Field for Pink October, 2009. My staff and I had a great time being a part of Pink October. We took amazing pictures and raised money for Geweke’s Caring for Women Foundation. We set up a fun photo set and took pictures of amazing families. We had a wonderful time being a part of this worth cause. Thank you to the Geweke Family for hosting such a wonderful event. This dance and back to school session was taken at my Yuba City home. This is one of my old daycare girls, Abigail. She went off to Kindergarten this year and isn’t a Busy Bee anymore. We miss her so much! We took pictures of her in her recital costume and her back to school pictures. We also had one of my daycare kiddos, Zaiann, join Abigail to take some dance pictures together. Just a few weeks ago these girls had their dance recital for Jacques Dance Expressions. They were adorable little mice in the performance. Great Job girls!

This commercial photography session was taken at the new Yuba City fire station on Ohleyer Road. This fire station is an amazing addition to our city. I was honored to be asked to take the pictures for their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Afterwards, the families proceeded to the Cervantes’ home to continue in the celebration. We are pleased to have this new Fire Station on our street. Thanks fire fighters for all that you do!!

This back to school children’s photography session was taken at my Yuba City studio. All of the kids are going back to school and this is the start of a new year for my Busy Bees. Busy Bees Daycare is my full time job. As most of you already know, I have Busy Bees daycare running out of my home. Photography is my second job, but I love it just the same. We had a great time getting these photos for my Busy Bees’ parents. This is where I started my photography business. I took pictures of my daycare kids and have now turned it into a full, successful business. I thank my daycare parents for always allowing their children to be my little models. I love taking their pictures and all of the kids love posing!

This Back to School children’s photography session was taken at my Yuba City home. This session was very fun. They boys were both very excited to take pictures. Little Miss Kira was not excited at all, but I pulled out my gummy worms and she perked right up! We ended up getting absolutely beautiful pictures! Mom is the designer of my famous, beautiful flowers and headbands, used in most of my Children’s Photography sessions. My pictures just wouldn’t be the same without these. They are very popular in most of our children’s photography sessions!

For this family photography session we mixed it up. I took some traditional photos at my home and then we continued and included some urban shots also. well last weekend it was yet another beautiful Johnson wedding. I had the pleasure just 3 mos ago of being the Johnson/Barker’s yuba city wedding photographer. Well only a month passed by before the next son was in the line up. I absolutely love this family. They are such fun to work with. You cant find nicer people. really! This walnut creek/dublin wedding photography event took place at the Dublin Ranch golf course. It was a hot one that day! But everyone managed to survive. Loren and Chris fell in love at first sight. Hearing their story was so special. They had only 2 months to plan this big day. Pretty amazing! I had along my handy new editor/photographer- all around rock star Joey Reimers and my Sister who now editing also and is in training Amy! As a team we didn’t miss a moment. they both were amazing! Well the Johnson family has one more boy left to get married. So I am sure some time in the near future you might be seeing another one of these events capturing those wranglers and cowboy boots. We were asked that night if we travel for events- it never crossed my mind actually, but after that night I say traveling and new adventures are so much fun. I am looking forward to doing more traveling and destination weddings in the near future. fun stuff!
