Birthday Children’s photography session took place at my home/studio in Yuba City. This is The Lathrop Family. This is the 1st session I have done for the Lathrop family. This session has been scheduled for a long time and I could not wait to meet these girls. They were so darn cute! This children’s photography session took place at my home/studio in Yuba City. As many of my clients know I operate a daycare/preschool as my normal profession here in Yuba City. Being a photographer is merely a hobby for me that has really turned into another Full time profession. This session was for my daycare kiddos that were going off to kindergarten. I have had most of these kids since they were just wee babies. It is so fun to see them grow up into adorable little individuals. This day was so much fun. We started out with a mini photo session as requested by the parents and then it was off to in and out for lunch and janyo for dessert. We ended out perfect last day with a fun swim party. By the end of the day we were all bunt out. But it was so much fun. Well busy bees I wish you luck in life and I know we will all keep in touch. This children’s photography session took place at my home/studio in Yuba City. As many of my clients know I operate a daycare/preschool as my normal profession here in Yuba City. Being a photographer is merely a hobby for me that has really turned into another Full time profession. It is so fun to do 2 things I thoroughly love! This session was for my NEW daycare kiddos coming in for the fall of 2009. we just had 5 kids go off to kindergarten, so that meant big changes at the busy bees. I am thrilled to announce our new crew. They are all very special and unique in their own little way. These are the photos that will fill our daycare walls and make our new kids feel right at home. This family & children’s photography session was taken at my home/studio in Yuba City. This is the Hanson Family. Many of you know these are the kiddos of Scott and Kristin Hanson. Kristin Hanson is one of my awesome marketing directors. I just love her to pieces! Her and Raychell do whatever they can to get the word out in our community and works on getting us involved in community events. They happen to be great friends also. This session was really fun. I love when ally and Andrew com over and see me. They are so cute and love taking pictures. They are so cute in fact that they will be issued on the cover of family values magazine that goes out to about 20,000 homes in Yuba and Sutter counties. This was a family and commercial photography session done at my studio in Yuba City. This session was done for the family values magazine. Amy Bullock gave us yet another opportunity to be the Photographer for the cover of her coupon magazine book that will be viewed in over 20,000 homes in the Yuba Sutter area! When Amy came to me and wanted me to do the cover for the fall issue I had a few ideas and adorable little kids in mind for this cover. Immediately when I think of fall I think of candy and the comfort of the yummy fall goodies that come with this time of year. So I got right to work in finding just that vision I had in my head. This is the picture that will be on the fall issue of the magazine. Ally and Andrew Hanson are the children featured on the cover of this issue. Ally and Andrew love coming to shells to take pictures. They are so darn cute too! Thanks Amy for another opportunity of helping out with the magazine. It was a lot of fun!!!

This was children’s sessions done part in my studio in Yuba City and part Marysville. Since being a children’s and family photographer is my specialty this session was another one right up my alley. As you all might know by now I have turned into a photographer of color so this urban location and fun funky clothing. That’s just what mom wanted in this session. Olivia is one of my daycare kiddos also. Her and her mom are always so carefree and lets me do whatever I want with photos – so we played. I was very happy with what we came up with. Here we go with another fun children’s photography session to start her school year off right. I love photography and all the joy it brings to those around you. This was wedding/50th anniversary sessions done in Yuba City at the moose lodge. Normally children’s and family photography is my specialty but we also do a lot of wedding venues as well. This event was for Adrienne and Mac. These 2 cute love birds have been married 50 years. Making it to 50 years in our world today definitely warrants a huge celebration. I knew when I got the call for the event from Adrienne it sounded like something I would love to be apart of. This family had people flying in from everywhere to celebrate this big day in history. They had a wonderful dinner planned then it was off to renewing their love for each other all over again. Every detail was just so cute from the cake cutting to the toast. Every detail was planned so perfectly by Adrienne. They highlight of the night was the swing dancers she hired to come for the entertainment. These guys put on quiet a show. When they were done the dance floor opened up for dance lessons. What a fun night! I have to thanks my husband Scott for doing the videographer for the event and also Joey Reimers my new side kick for events. This was Joeys 1st event working with MTR and it went absolutely flawless. This guy is amazing and has a bright future ahead of him and such an eye for detail. Oh I cant forget to mention the classic car that picked them up for their event. Made for a wonderful addition to their photos. This family photography session was taken at my home/studio in Yuba City. This awesome family was referred from the Van Dusen Family. I have been the VanDuesens Photographer since last spring and have enjoyed following all the changes to their family. This was the Bringgold family and they were so much fun! They have 2 of the most gorgeous kids on earth. Their eyes and skin were to DIE for!!! These cant even scratch the surface of how cute they were. We had lots of fun at our family photography session doing all kinds of kid friendly stuff. We did everything from the tires to tea parties to sidewalk chalk. What fun. This Photography session was done in my studio in Yuba City. I am the Cordisco’s Family photographer but today we were doing some fun dainty Children’s ballerina photos. These girls are absolute princesses. I am sure by looking at these photos you can gather that. This was my 1st children’s ballet/dance session. They were so fun to work with and it went easy as pie. This Children’s and Family photography session took place at my home/studio in Yuba City. This is The Thompson Family. I have been the Thompsons photographer since January of this year. The Clemens Family sent these guys over also. Thanks Ragan! Little Owyn is so cute. He always takes a few minutes to warm up but ones he does its good times for me. He is so hansom his bright blue eyes and blonde hair. He will be a heart breaker. From the looks of their photos mom and dad had a great time also. Another fun family session for the Thompson family. This was a photography session I did in Sutter right out of Yuba City at the Bates Family home. Being a photographer I knew this was an important job for an important family. Everyone knows this family as the owners of the most hip kids store around €œPockets€ in Yuba City located on Plumas Street. My first session as a photographer with the Bates family was for Easter and I was so honored they called me back to do their family session. It was lots of fun. They have the most amazing home in Sutter. It sits on a few acres complete with their own little family farm. So cute! Mom is a petti skirt vendor and it was mandatory to get some cute shots of these adorable girls in them. It was so cute- after we got done doing the family pictures the real fun began. Little Austyn broke out his quad and gave me a good show. We proceeded to travel to their barn and arena area. That was where we got some adorable pictures of the girls on the horses with their Pettis and daddy playing with Bayley and their goats. Amazing stuff! Thanks Bates family for a fun Friday night. This 1st Birthday Children’s photography session took place at my home/studio in Yuba City. This is The Clemens Family. I have been little Kallie’s Personal infant photographer since January. I get a kick out of this little girl. She is so darn cute! I love her to pieces. She is the happiest thing on earth. Never a tear only smiles. She is welcomed in my studio any day! Her big blue eyes KILL ME! I got the pleasure of doing baby Kallie’s 1st birthday session last week. It was so much fun. This children’s photography session took place at my home/studio in Yuba City. This is Baby Logan Williams. This family was referred by the Patane family {baby Ava’s} family. I have been The Patane’s newborn/family Photographer since Ava was just a little pea pod. The Williams family is from the Gridley Chico area. Lat week they made the drive to get some fun pictures of Baby Logan. He was a dream. We had so much fun doing all kinds of fun summer stuff. I have been the Swansons Photographer since last spring. This relationship of ours is beginning to get consistent as I have seen this little Dolly McKenna 3 times since April. An expensive Habit. I should probably start giving her a good discount. LOVE IT! This family Loves this little angel and does not ant to miss one minute of her growing up. I think it is so cute. Well this fun family is back again, this time mom wanted to get all the kiddos together. Allison and Samantha are twins attending Sutter High school this year. They are TOO cute! This wedding/engagement Photography session was done at my studio in Yuba City and also at one of our specialty locations in Yuba City for the barn look. Let me proudly introduce Chris and Lauren. Remember back in June when I did that amazing fairytale wedding that was to die for- well they are back and brother #2 is getting married now. It is such an honor that this family chose me again to be their wedding photographer. This session was so much fun. They were tooooooo cute!!! Seriously cute! Did I say what a cute couple they are? Lauren is a total city girl and well Chris is a country boy together they make the most amazing couple. Lauren has never wore a pair of boots in her life but when I knew how cute and perfect it could be I knew we had to do the boots and dress. It turned out exactly the way I wanted it to. Her and Chris were so fun carefree and easy going. I can see this is going to be another fun wedding. This was a newborn sessions done in my studio in Yuba City. Although I mainly specialize in children and family photography here in Yuba City I still love doing newborn photography. As you all might know by now I have turned into a photographer of color so you know I had to find a way to get some crazy color in this shoot.
