This is a special post because these little are my Little Busy Bees. I have spent all this time covering everyone else’s graduation only to notice that my little busy bees need a shoot of their own as they are graduating into the life of a big kid. I am going to be so sad (I already am just writing this post). Most of these kids have been with me from 6 weeks on. You hardly notice day to day how they change when you see them so much and now they are off to school. Wow! It is going to be so different next year with out them. I have really enjoyed this group of kids. The awesome thing about this daycare is everyone is great friends with everyone and I know all the kids will continue to be the best of friends. Well Congrats Busy Bees on your graduation from Pre School. I know you all will do great in life!
This is a total surprise to these mommies so I hope you enjoy your little Rock Stars…. It was so fun watching you learn and grow.
I am going to find some baby photos of these guys from back in the day this week and put them with their post just to show the mommies and their friends just how much they have changed.

This was my 1st visit with Baby Sidney. Mom and dad were very nice to work with. This little angel was adorable. She was not too excited about posing by herself so we had to take advantage of mommy and daddy giving her loves. That is how we ran our session. I think we got some pretty fun stuff. Thanks Pincsak Family. See you at 6 months for some real fun stuff.

This was our first Venue for Yuba City High. This even went just as planned. Here are some highlights from our fun evening. Thanks Kim Webb ASB director for giving MTR a shot at your school. We look forward to working with you and your students again. Pictures will be in Kim Webbs hands in the ASB office as promised next Wednesday the 27th. Any Q’s contact Michelle Chandler @ 530-674-9477.

We were able to get these amazing photos of baby Kalana. Her big brother Carter that is here with us at busy bees will take such good care of her!

Tessa is a beautiful Mommy! I’m looking forward to seeing your new little angel soon Tessa!

This was a family referred from one of my seniors from last fall Chelsea Westmoreland. Thanks Chelsea! Kirstin was really fun to work with. She is a gorgeous young girl as you can see in her pictures. She made my job really easy.
Enjoy Albers Family!

Sadie was out to see me just a few weeks ago with her BFF Ashley. Well tonight it was Sadie’s turn. Sadie did a great job. She is a YC High Cheerleader and a little beauty queen. It was quiet a fun shoot as her mom is absolutely hands down my funniest client ever- Julie Brown. I just started following this family last summer and I absolutely adore them. She was cracking me up the whole entire session. Made for a fun night! Oh and I can’t forget I had to take this shot of her studying as she truly love having her head in the books. LOL.
Thanks Julie and Sadie!
I just had to put this one in here. I did this shoot for Julie back last fall. This is her 10 year old son Kevin. Yes only 10! He is such a little cutie. This is hobby racing cars. He is an awesome little boy. I didn’t have a blog last fall so I had to sneak this shoot in to her post. I knew Sadie wouldn’t mind. Watch oout mom he is going to be a heart breaker!
What a fun dance this is going to be! This will be my very 1st job at Yuba City High School. This event will take place on May 15th from 8-11 pm at YC high. MTR staff will be on location for all your photography needs. This will be the largest event we have done so far, but I think it’s nothing we can’t handle. A BIG Thanks to Kim Webb and to the ASB staff for giving me the opportunity to do this event. The flyer for the event and the pricing are in this post. As stated on the order form pictures will be available at MTR studio on May 29th for pick up. Contact info is located on the flyer. I am even taking this event one step further and creating a website for these teens just for this event. This site will give them access to see their pictures and share their memories with friends after the fact. I figured these tech savvy kids would love this feature. More to come on that soon…
I have to give Hope Ithurburn with { Invitations by Hope } special thanks for designing this pricing guide. I was far too busy last week to sit down stop and to design a pricing masterpiece. Well this is Hopes specialty so I let her do what she does best. I think she has a new Permanente client.
Until the next time€¦€¦..
Here are some highlights from some of the kids I did from Yuba City High. This was a lot of fun. This was my test run on what is to come in less than 2 weeks. I am privileged enough to be the photographer for Yuba City High. My 1st school dance MTR Studios is doing will be the MOPR prom in 2 weeks. EXCITING stuff! I have some amazing yet simplistic backdrops and props on their way so we can get some – oh so amazing picture for these teens. I can’t wait!

I am always blogging about your families and telling stories about your magic moments€¦. Well I thought it would be fun now and then to incorporate some of my families fun moments also. Today was my Chelsea’s 9th Bday and our good friends planned a day in Roseville that included roller skating, PF Changs and cold stone creamery. Yes I said roller skating, I can’t believe it but I actually roller-skated. As much as I was not stoked about the skating thing it turned out pretty darn fun. Going anywhere with our crazy friends I don’t think it could be anything but fun. Chelsea’s big party is Friday but we decided to give her gift to her today. Every young pre teen child loves and wishes they could have their parent’s cell phone right? Well not happening in our home just yet. Instead Apple has came out with this nifty little gadget the ITouch. This little crazy gadget has almost full capabilities of the IPhone except you have no monthly fee. The only catch is that you can DL apps, make calls and text all day long only if you are in a wireless network. Well most people and places nowadays have wireless so this was a prefect gift for the girl who has everything. I don’t know where she gets that from. LOL. So needless to say we have one happy Chelsea. In this post are some of the recaps of our skating fun. Our lovely friends Ann and Jeramy were kind enough to assist Chelsea is some one on one training in skating. This included taking a few falls. The picture in the middle is a sunset I spotted on our way home. It was perfect I knew I had to get the capture. The photo was taken while driving on the hwy on the way home from Roseville at 60 MPH. The perfect ending to a perfect day€¦€¦€¦

I’m so excited to experiment with all the new stuff that I’ve learned while away at school. I was able to learn from some of the best amazing photographers whom have inspired me with new and creative photography ideas. This education has given me the edge and creativity so that I’m able to continue giving you; my clients and friends, the oportunity to have breath taking photos and moments to remember for ever!

This family was great to work with! So much fun! The McCarty’s were referred over by the Williams family. Ben just LOVED our urban theme of trucks! He was truly excited about all of this and he sure kept us smiling J

Amy Bullock gave us the opportunity to be the Photographer for the cover of her coupon magazine book that will be viewed in over 20,000 homes in the Yuba Sutter area! We used our beautiful MTR theme on the boat dock! Thanks Amy!

Hannah is just a beautiful girl and a joy to work with. She is our little fashion queen! Purses and accessories galore! Thanks for being so much fun Hannah!

Kylie was a blast to shoot! What a sweet girl you have Kathy. Thanks you for letting us have the opportunity to take your beautiful daughters senior photos.

We had a great time taking pictures with Terajo! Full of laughter and sweetness…especially sweet were those Cakes! Wow what an artist when it comes to Baking! Unfortunately we won’t get to taste too much because Terajo is off to school in Sacramento! We wish you the best of luck!

Baby Kalana is a doll. This session was close to home because big brother Carter is with us at Busy Bees! Kalana was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to seeing you all next week when we continue the family shoot.

This was one of my favorite families to work with. Look at this little angel! The family came all the way from Wisconsin to visit Moments to Remember! They were a pleasure to have in our studio. Thank you Skogins for referring this wonderful family to us!

Just a taste of some of the new props MTR is playing with. It’s so exciting to find new things and shoot with enthusiasm and colorful fun props!

What a joy to work with! Dr. Nowinski referred this sweet family over to us! Thank you Dr. Nowinski for giving us the opportunity to meet this family.
We had an amazing month in April shooting Easter photos in our community. This event went extremely well. We want to say a special thank you to New Adventures and Nazerene Church for allowing us to come out and share this holiday with all of you! Here are just a few of our favorite Easter moments. We will continue this fun experience next year and we hope to see all of you as well!
