{ The Skogen Family } Yuba City Family and Children’s photography

This is my Skogen family that I have had multiple full sessions with this week.  First we started out with baby Sofia and her 1st birthday and the next day without rain we proceeded to do our family session.  Little Andrew and Sofia were definitely camera shy so I was not sure at all what kind of images I got from this shoot. It was one of those sessions where I had a plan but we had to go with the flow with them not being so used to taking pictures. I didn’t get as many images as I normally would staging clients but the images I got melted my heart. You can see how much this mommy and daddy love their babies.  The kids are so precious and mom and dad are so patient.  Enjoy this age and stage because it wont be like this for long…..

Sandra Skogen - Michelle, I am speechless. Your ability to capture those moments that we sometimes overlook at this age is a true gift. You definitely brought tears to my eyes. It definitely just goes to show that sometimes you do have to go with the flow and not worry about the little things… We will definitely be back for more…and hopefully with happy kids! :)

michelle - I am just so happy I got some great pictures. You know what these pictures are better than any poses I could have ever put you in. These shots are your true personalities and where you are in life right now. No need to change a thing because its who they are. You guys did great. Like I said I have mini sessions and we can get them used to pictures really quick that way thru out the year. Thanks again for the opportunity of working with your family. It was lots of fun.
