Moments to Remember is offering a Mommy Camera Class. This class will be held at Moments to Remember studios. I will help give you tips on how to capture amazing photos of your little ones! Spots are filling quick, so call today to reserve your place! This should be a fun day of learning about our cameras! The class is $100. There will be snacks and door prizes too! We have these 2 dates set up so far. I have not had time to tally emails/requests but I am positive we are sold out of class 1 and 2 and will be adding more class dates in this series right around the same time. So If you are interested please just sign up or call and we will be sending out info after this week to confirm your dates. So exciting to see the response. I had no idea we would get this kind of response. So awesome. Cant wait to meet all the mommies with your cameras.

This Family Photography session was taken at a new Wildflower location! We were told today that they were letting the bees go in our regular Wildflower location, so we’re not going to be able to shoot there! Mom REALLY wanted the Wildflowers because dad is a farmer and it would be PERFECT! So I did my research and Rai Farms has a new Wildflower location for us! Good thing because I have a bunch of sessions on Sunday! Well little Anna was absolutely adorable! We had so much fun getting amazing photos for this little cuties 1st Birthday! Thank you so much to the Bains/ Toor Family for a wonderful session! I’m glad we were able to find a new Wildflower location! Thank you Thank you to Rai farms for helping us out! This Children’s Photography session was a traveling urban children’s session! It is always so fun to go out with my own kiddos! Sadly I am so busy its not often enough. So this weekend we packed up and were on a mission to get some fun updated photos. Chelsea is always willing to work the camera. It’s a little more work to get Chase to come along! He is very willing just you know boys! They would rather be playing baseball or Xbox. He actually was pretty excited when he saw my vision with his guitar and amp. Chelsea loves taking pictures, as you can see in these photos! Chase loves baseball and his guitar so we incorporated those into his photos! I was really happy with the way all of these turned out. I have some other creative ideas I want to test out with them soon so stay tuned! They grow so fast!!! Very fun!

This Commercial Photography session was taken at many locations! Some were taken at my studio and some at our wildflower location in Yuba City. This was a modeling photography session! Kristina, Dylan, and Conor were all having their photos taken for their modeling ZED cards! This was so much fun! The kids changed their clothes and we did all sorts of location and poses! This Family Photography session was taken at our Wildflower location. We’re capturing as many families as we can in the Wildflowers before they’re gone. The Abel Family was so much fun to work with. This newborn photography session was doen in our studio here in yuba city. Baby Emery was a dream. Her family is one of drove up all the way from Turlock to get their pictures done. This Newborn Photography session was taken at my studio in Yuba City. Jenny Bridges referred the Tetreault family. The Bridges family is one of our favorite families! Baby Ethan was 5 weeks old. This is a little older than our usual newborns. We like our Newborn Photography sessions to be within the first few weeks of life. We were pleasantly surprised to capture amazing photographs of this little guy! He was such a little sweetie! This Newborn Photography session was taken at my studio and wildflower location in Yuba City. The Kittilsons are becoming very familiar with MTR studios. We have been spending a lot of time with them. Baby Ayden was quite a bit older than when we normally have Newborn Photography sessions. Newborn Photography sessions are usually seen within the 1st few weeks of life in order to capture the best photos. Ayden started life with a few health problems, but we are so glad we were able to capture some amazing moments with Ayden and his parents. We’re looking forward to our Wedding Photography session with Glen and Katie in July! We look forward to watching Ayden grow up! We are enjoying capturing all these magical moments in your lives! This Engagement Photography session was taken at our private wildflower location in Yuba City. Zach and Gabriel are getting married on April 10th. This Engagement session was so much fun! These two were very great to work with! They brought their adorable dog along for the session. My staff looks forward to their wedding in a few months.

This 1st Birthday Photography session was taken at my studio in Yuba City. This family was referred by Nikki Baldez. We are always so thankful for our referrals. Natalie was such a sweet little girl. Mom came prepared with adorable outfit changes for little Natalie and a fun cupcake. Natalie loved her cupcake so much! She would cry when we took it away. This Children’s Photography session was a blast! Thank you so much for letting us be a part of Natalie’s 1st Birthday!

This children’s and family photography session was taken at one of our private locations in yuba city. This is the time all of you have been waiting for the beautiful wildflowers. We just launched marketing for these babies this weekend and are expecting to be very busy in the next month. I cant promise how long the fields will be in bloom so booking early is recommended. This is one of my favorite little girls I mean princesses- Abby. Abby is now in grade school but has grown up in my daycare since she was a wee one. We always have an amazing time when out shooting. She is in love with her preschool sweetheart {Zach }. I know when shooting with abby all I need to do is talk about Zach and I get her instantly daydreaming. I love what I get when go on and on about her 1st love. LOL. She is an absolute doll. Thanks Eustler family for your time. It was so much fun playing today. It was fun trying new ideas as most times I really dont have time to just play. I really enjoyed our time. Cant wait to see you guys for your family photography session here very soon!

These Children’s Photography sessions were taken at my studio in Yuba City. This is a little preview of our first Valentine’s Mini Sessions! We had so much fun with balloons, tires, petti skirts and candy! All of these adorable children had so much fun! We still have appointments available for next week as we wrap these babies up, so call today for your session! here were just a FEW of the kids we saw this week. Can you see why its so hard to pick and why I flip out every time I import these pictures. I DO have some of the most ADORABLE kids on EARTH. My heart melts when I get to actually see what we get from our fun times together. I truly love every minute of what I do and think 2010 is going to be the most amazing year for us. This Baby Photography session was an indoor/outdoor session taken at my studio in Yuba City. We saw little Miss Gracie at Christmas time. We were so thrilled to have her back for her 3 month session and even more excited that we’re going to follow her through her first year. Gracie was our first flower field client this year. This 1st Birthday Photography session was taken at my studio in Yuba City. Erin was a happy little baby! She was so sweet and adorable. She was having fun throughout our entire session until we got to the cupcakes. For 1st Birthday Photography sessions the children either LOVE their cake or don’t like their cake at all. Well little Erin didn’t want photos with her cake. That’s ok! We got many amazing photos of this little cutie!

This Newborn Photography session was taken at my studio in Yuba City. Baby Ava was such a doll. We had a lot of fun with this adorable little sweetie. She is the new baby sister to one of our daycare kiddos, Diego. We have been watching Mommy’s tummy as it has grown with baby Ava and it was so exciting to finally have her Newborn Photography session. We had a couple new props we had some fun with! This Newborn Photography session was taken at my home in Yuba City. Baby Audrey was absolutely precious! She was such a little sweetie. This new addition to the Vu family is just perfect! What fun we’re having trying all of the strategies I learned at my Newborn training. LIttle Audrey was 4 weeks old- yes 4 weeks old! In most cases your ideal Newborn is under 2 weeks old. So doing a 4 week old made me a little scared. My trainer Kelly Ryden said anything is possible – and she was right. Little Audrey was a dream. We got some good shots of her in and out of sleep for the first 3 hrs and we were all happy with what we got. Then at hr 3 she just melted in our arms. Then it was time to play. It just goes to show you really cant out a time limit on things. Some things take time- A LOT of time. My trainer said never give up- keep working and you will get it. She was right! I am so happy the way it all turned out. We love having all of these Newborn Photography sessions right in a row. Thank you Vu Family for another great session! Your baby girl is adorable!

This Newborn Photography session was from the training I went to last weekend. It’s not often that you get the chance of a lifetime like this. As most of you know, I am an all over the place photographer. I can do weddings, seniors, families, and I can get any kid to do anything for a marshmallow. LOL But with newborns I haven’t been as confident. I have a pretty decent portfolio, but I have to admit that I was far from comfortable or posing properly. That being said, I was tired of being intimidated or stressed at my newborn sessions. Right after Christmas I got this crazy idea to go away to Newborn training. It just so happened that Kelly and Tracy two of America’s best (in my opinion, no doubt) Newborn Photographers managed to make room for me to squeeze into their class. I traveled to Omaha, Nebraska- YES that’s what I said, Nebraska in January! When I arrived in Omaha the weather was supposed to be -22 degrees. We do strange things for what we love! I am so happy I made the trip across the country. This class was absolutely amazing and helped me find confidence in something I was not comfortable doing before. I still can’t say what I will be specializing in, but after this year I will be slimming down to a specialty. Can’t wait to see what that will be! Until then, thank you with all my heart to these two women for opening their home and studio to help photographers who want to better themselves. In this field, it’s not often, from what I have found, to have friendly relationships with other photographers because they are competitors. I say heck with all that nonsense, it’ more about helping people. We were all there once and there’s more business out there than any one of us can handle. What Kelly and Tracy do is truly amazing! This Newborn Photography session was taken in my studio in Yuba City. Baby Brooklyn Nauman was an absolute dream. This was our 1st Newborn Photography session since my training. It seems real easy to do crazy poses when you are being assisted by 2 of the best Newborn Photographers, but doing it own your own is another thing. I am so happy with all that I learned. I felt so much for comfortable with those Newborns. My sister and I make quite the team. We made it through the mad holiday season doing countless Family and Children’s Photography sessions. Now it’s time to brink in the New Year with a bunch of little newborns. Brooklyn kicks off our marathon of newborns. It just so happens that all of my pregnant clients had their babies in the past 2 weeks. I can hardly wait to meet all of these babies. I love the Naumen family. I had so much fun on their maternity session, and couldn’t wait to for this Newborn Photography session. One of my absolute favorite maternity pictures of all time was of Maria. This Engagement Photography session was taken at Empire Mine in Grass Valley! The Bride wanted to go to Empire Mine and I have to say, I was a little hesitant! I typically stay local but she it’s something she really wanted, so we did it. It is now one of my new favorite locations; I think we will have many sessions up there in 2010,. It was absolutely beautiful, so many awesome places to take amazing photos. There were endless locations at Empire Mine. We ended up roaming the whole location and shooting for hours. We did have to trespass a little, but what’s an Engagement Photography session without a little trouble and fun, right? We won’t show any of those photos this time! LOL! I can’t wait to capture Travis and Carolyn’s big day! The wedding is at the beginning of June in Chico. This is also going to be a lot of fun! They have already excited me with many of the fun and funky wedding details. This wedding is going to be one to talk about… Stay tuned!
